Emily Kaley, MS, RDN, LDN is a registered dietitian, nutritionist, who specializes in sport nutrition and is a certified Chef. Eating healthy and being physically active come instinctively to Emily as she grew up in a family that modeled a healthy lifestyle due to her mother's profession as a registered dietitian and her father's diabetes. Childhood experiences as simple as being her dad's sous chef, preparing fresh vegetables for family dinners, and becoming a junior black belt in Isshinryu karate at the age of 15, taught her that pairing nutrition with exercise is key to achieving a healthy lifestyle. This understanding motivated her to successfully pursue a career combining nutrition and sport.
Through her experiences with Team USA Swimming and Team USA Track & Field athletes at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, with professional baseball players with the Chicago Cubs Organization, Madison Square Garden Company teams (Knicks, Rangers, Liberty, Westchester Knicks & Hartford Wolfpack) and currently with New York University collegiate athletes, she greatly enjoys focusing on supporting active individuals through providing nutrition and culinary services. She feels it is very important for individuals to have the knowledge and confidence to navigate the nutrition world and have the necessary tools to reach personal health goals. Emily loves cooking, exercising and especially enjoys teaching healthy eating practices, grocery shopping skills and safe sport supplements routines for her wide range of clients. She was also bit by a huge travel bug so she explores and experiences different countries as much as possible. You can expect that Emily will use her passion for exercise, nutrition and sport to ensure individuals, groups and teams have sound health practices in all areas of health.
Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition and dietetics from Simmons College in Boston, MA, a Masters of Science in sport nutrition from University of Colorado - Colorado Springs and obtained a culinary certificate from Culinary Tech Center in Manhattan.
