Meetups are FREE with more personalized training options available. We welcome all newcomers, all paces, all backgrounds.
Personalized workouts are sent to members each week and progressively build towards a season-end goal. These workouts are targeted towards your race goal, with specific distances and paces given to you based on your current fitness level.
