- Runner's Intake - comprehensive look at your past training, past injuries, current fitness, future goals, nutrition, to create a plan with you at the center.
- Follow-up email or phone call to go over your Running Intake and develop season goals

- Workshops, panels, events with the Nightcap coaches - free entry
- Coach access - at each weekly practice, online options available
- Seasonal Swag - look good, feel good
